1 General Provisions & Definitions

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

33vmw processes financial transactions exclusively through mobile financial services available in Bangladesh. Supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for all payment methods).
Deposits will only be accepted from the account holder's own payment method.
Depositing via a third-party account or payment method is prohibited.
Once a deposit is confirmed, the balance will be added to the account immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals will not be approved if bonus requirements have not been met.
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while a verification process is ongoing.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If the platform detects any unusual, suspicious, or fraudulent financial activity, 33vmw reserves the right to suspend or reject the transaction in question. The relevant user will be contacted in such cases.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

33vmw offers various bonuses and promotional benefits to its users. These benefits are provided under specific terms and conditions, and reading these terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
Certain games may contribute to wagering at different rates.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts, claiming bonuses by multiple members of the same household, or placing manipulative bets — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

There are specific rules governing betting and gaming activities on the 33vmw platform that all users must follow.

5.1 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All betting decisions are final and cannot be changed once a bet is confirmed.

Live betting rules apply separately once an event has started.
If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
33vmw reserves the right to cancel odds that were set incorrectly due to a technical error.

5.2 Casino Games

Each casino game — including live casino and slots — is subject to its own rules. If a technical error occurs in the game provider's software, the affected round may be cancelled.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Placing bets using bots or automated software.
Attempting to bypass any system or security measure on the platform.
Colluding with other players in a manipulative manner.
Any form of fraud or dishonest conduct.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

33vmw operates a special VIP program for its regular and loyal players. The program has three tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the player's activity and participation. 33vmw reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program, and advance notice will be given for any changes.

7 Responsible Gaming
